Tomorrow I'm finishing the 2 Weeks Shred 2021, and I wanted to ask for advice on which program to start next. Can you please help? âš
đ Flat Belly Challenge 2019: I love that it has my favourite ABS workout video pretty much everyday that features planks and great core exercises. There are also 30â40 minutes full body workouts I'm excited to try:)
đ Hourglass Challenge 2019: small waist, round butt, defined hourglass ABS, toned legs â what else is there to wish for!
đ 5 Weeks Booty Challenge 2019: soooo many videos targeting butt and thighs! Resistance bands, no jumping, supercool!
đ Flat Tummy Challenge 2020: it has repeated HIIT videos every other day, and it sounds like fun! You'll be able to see your progress when doing exercises you could never do before:)
đ Hourglass Challenge 2020: this looks very delicious! I think it will surely make me the next top model âš
đ Intense Core Challenge 2020: tight core is always sexy, so it'll be awesome to complete the full program!
đ Flat Stomach Challenge 2021: I loooove the variety of everyday workouts! I think it won't be boring at all:)
đ Hourglass Challenge 2021: I believe Chloe is the master of beautiful and hot body sitting on that small ballerina waist âš Love the variety too, and a bunch of ABS videos is a treat itself
đ Get ABS Challenge 2022: this is superexciting and stylish too! Fun HIIT and various exercises targeting certain areas are the best
đ One Min Challenge 2023: this is a great opportunity to try some endurance training! I also think it will definitely make the body perfect, though I'm a bit concerned about my stamina đ
đ Hourglass Challenge 2023: snatched waist, rounder booty, toned arms and two rest days in a row is very exciting! ! !
đ Weight Loss Challenge 2024: says it features no jumping, but we'll see:) Either way I feel like it's effective like all the other workouts of Chloe's
đ Summer Shred Challenge 2024: the most recent and the most popular program there is! Have you tried it and/or successfuly completed this one? At first I was afraid to go for it, but now I feel a lot more stronger and willing to continue my journey:)
