Resting between programs

💕 First program completed, 2025 Pilates Core Challenge done! 💕

I can't believe I actually finished my first Chloe Ting program! I'm really proud of myself because sticking with something consistently is sometimes harder than the workouts themselves 😅

My calves are currently reminding me of every squat and lunge I've ever done, but we move 😂

I was planning to start another program tomorrow, the 2025 HIIT Cardio Challenge, but I’m wondering if it’s safe to do it “immediately” without resting, especially with my calves on fire đŸ”„đŸ˜‚

So I'm wondering what everyone usually does between programs. Do you take a few rest days? A full week? Or do you jump straight into the next challenge?

I’ve seen frozen streaks that allow me for one full week to rest, but I don’t know if it’s possible or not to lose my results and effort so I’m not really convinced to rest 😅

I'm still a beginner, so I'd love to hear what worked for you! 💕
