đ First program completed, 2025 Pilates Core Challenge done! đ
I can't believe I actually finished my first Chloe Ting program! I'm really proud of myself because sticking with something consistently is sometimes harder than the workouts themselves đ
My calves are currently reminding me of every squat and lunge I've ever done, but we move đ
I was planning to start another program tomorrow, the 2025 HIIT Cardio Challenge, but Iâm wondering if itâs safe to do it âimmediatelyâ without resting, especially with my calves on fire đ„đ
So I'm wondering what everyone usually does between programs. Do you take a few rest days? A full week? Or do you jump straight into the next challenge?
Iâve seen frozen streaks that allow me for one full week to rest, but I donât know if itâs possible or not to lose my results and effort so Iâm not really convinced to rest đ
