Fitness Discussion

Have any of y’all seen results from these programs without diet, bc my family eats out a LOT and I never want to start a program because I think if I don’t have a completely clean diet I won’t get results, so I’m wondering if it’s possible, I’m also a teen with a fairly fast metabolism so that does help some but without the perfect diet I just feel no motivation
