Fitness Discussion

I just finished the challenge and I can't believe it.  For the first time in my life, I studied for a whole month, without missing a beat and giving it 100%.  I am a beginner and it was difficult for me at the beginning, but by the end of the program I feel much stronger and more resilient.  if you are also just starting out, don’t give up and go to the end.
