My current challenge has Roll Up to Squat in it and I cannot figure out how to make my body do it.
I can do squats and I'm really strong in my roll ups, so i have the individual moves, but I cannot transition to standing at all. Am I to rely on momentum? What muscle groups should I bring awareness to for the transition to standing?
Today I tried to do it backwards, so Squat to roll down to see if I could find the movement ability in my body at all and no. Is it a flexibility thing? Do I have too much lower tummy in the way still? My knees just spread outward and I cannot keep them forward so i can't push my body up or lower it to the floor without basically falling.
