Workout
I workout straight on my bedroom floor, which is carpet. This leads to constantly getting rug burn on my knees, forearms, and hands. I’m not sure what to do, as I don’t have access to a fitness mat, and i’ve tried just using a blanket, but that causes me to fall during planks since it isn’t sturdy.
Also, the part of my body that gets affected most changes daily, even though i’m doing the 2019 2 week shred, which has 2 videos that repeat every day, and those videos are the worst for it in my experience due to the amount of planks. Today, it’s my hands that are really hurting most, but yesterday is was mainly my knees, and the day becote it was mainly my arms.
Does anyone have any replacements for a proper mat that are more helpful, or any other tips to avoid/treat rug burn?
