I gained so much weight postpartum and my breasts got uncomfortably big. Even before that, my breasts were quite big in size. So the breastfeeding and the weight gaining made it worse.
At the end of last year, I stopped breastfeeding and started my fitness journey. I have lost some kgs, but it seems like my breasts got saggy along with the changes. I still haven't reached my target weight, but now I'm afraid that if I get slimmer, my breasts will get even saggier.
Has anyone got the same problem as me, and probably has some suggestions of what things to do to prevent them getting saggier. Or what kind of workouts should I focus on to make it a bit better?
