Hey everyone!
I unfortunately have severe scoliosis and I’ve noticed two exercises in particular cause me an extreme amount of pain very quickly, to the point where I can only do 2 reps or hold for 10 seconds.
1. Bicycle crunches (and other bicycle exercises)
2. Downward dog yoga pose
I’d really like to follow the workouts but I can’t seem to do it without causing quick agony on my end. Does anyone know fitness pretty well and could suggest some replacement exercises that work out or stretch similar areas? My spine just doesn’t handle these well :(
