Leg workout questions

I am doing the Grow a Booty program and my legs always get shaky in the middle of the workouts and stay like that till I am done with the whole video. I wanna know if that is going to affect my results or if it's a normal thing.

I am doing the Grow a Booy program, and when I do lunges combined with leg raises, I don't feel the burn. Chloe said that if you are not feeling the burn, you can try some glute activation workouts, but I want to know if I need to activate my glutes before each session every time I workout or if it is just a one-time thing.
