Hello everyone!
I’m planning on doing Chloe’s 20 a day workout as it works perfect for me, but I had a question for you all…
I have loads of things to do during the day and therefore can’t spend 35-50 minutes on any workout, and this often leads to me not being consistent. It’s especially annoying because it lowers my motivation as I end the day thinking I was unproductive, when I was just very busy.
Besides the 20 a day workout of 2024, do you all know any other workout program that’s quite short ? I really do wish for Chloe to make a 20 a day for 2025 but for now, anything below 30 minutes can work for me.
