Workout
Hello! I've been trying to adjust my life for the past 2 months or so, since I've got a new job, and even if it's a 7 to 3 I find that whether I'm doing extra hours and stuff, or simply get to my home just so tired/busy to workout. I've been trying to complete my current challenge for so long lol 😭 because I've barely worked out, and I've gained some weight too.
I would say I can workout out around 3 days per week, and I know the challenges are usually 5/6 days a week, so I was wondering, those days when I can indeed work out (like weekends and some working days) could i do two days of the program in just one? sometimes they're even only like 25 minutes per day and I was thinking about just doing more than one day at once when I do have the time 🤔
what do you think? would it be too much even if it's just some days (im trying to do muscle-building programs right now)? because there are also some days that are like +40 min and all of that, what would you do in my situation? also, sometimes I do get motivated when I'm tired by the fact some days are only like 15 minutes or sum, idk.
