Workout
Hello everyone ! Since September I have a mild knee pain which occured after I spent 12 hours on a plane. I thought that it will go back to normal shortly but it did not. In the meantime I started to do Chloe's exercises (thinking that maybe some movement would help) and during the workout my knees are fine (except when I'm doing squats, but for that I try to take it slow and controlled as much as possible) but shortly after it hurts just as usual. I tried to walk more and do indoor bicycle (sine these were my doctor's recommendation) but no use. At this point I'm honestly not sure what would help.
Now I'm a little anxious that by doing workouts I make my knees worse but I do not want to stop, since I'm 92 kg and finally push myself to start a healthier lifestyle and I don't want to lose my progress.
What do you think? Should I take a break? How long? Or workout can help in a long run?
(Of course I would love to consult with a doctor as well but as I mentioned last time they told me to walk more and that's it, so I lost my faith in them 😅)
