Should I workout on my period?

I'm doing the 2024 program, but I tend to get pretty painful period cramps. The problem is, I tend to get unmotivated if I don't stick to the schedule, so I kind of feel obligated to do it anyway. However, due to he severity of my cramps, it can make it quite difficult to work out, especially when it comes to 4 videos a day. Should I just modify and push through, or should I take a break? If I take a break, any tips on how to stay motivated? I appreciate any advice!
