I think I hurt my shoulder by doing high planks in an inappropriate form, now my shoulder joints have been hurting for 4 days now whenever I try to do a high plank / push ups again even after rest, is there any alternative to planks exercises in Chloe’s programs and workouts until my shoulder gets better? I can do the normal elbow plank hold fine but not the rest
Also is it normal to only hurt when doing those exercises and not during others? Is it something good or bad?
( I forgot to add that I’m still a beginner I only started working out 3 weeks ago so please no very advanced workouts I’m trying my best ;-; )
