So I'm doing the 2019 2 week shred challenge. Whenever I do any of the plank workouts my shoulders feels very sore, not muscle soreness but my joints. In the beginning I was doing fine. But once I hit week 2 I feel like after 5 seconds of doing any of the plank workout (especially up and down plank) my shoulders feel like they want to fall off. Is it my posture? My technique? Or is there something I can do before or after to make it easier. I've replaced the plank workouts with just regular planks since those are more bearable.
