So I have been exercising 5 days and weekends are my rest days but constantly showering 6/7 days a week started to give my skin more rashes and irritations or so i think that might be an issue. Keep in mind i have been doing this since the beginning of summer.
So I’m at a spot where would it hurt to reduce my workout days to 3 so i can have days i don’t shower? (It’s a theory why my skin suddenly is reacting) if so am i going to gain my weight back?
The main reason i shower is because i work out and sweat
Another is maybe i should combine workout days but that would take away other things i wanted to do?
Is there alternative way of shower? So i can stick to my 5 days?
