I can't handle side plank and it is so tough when combined with leg raise. How do you guys do it? Please share some tips🧎🏽♀️ (edited by moderator)

Don't worry, it is completely normal to struggle choose the low-impact version until you are able to do it. Don't give up!!

It's been years since I started working out and... Sometimes I still can't hold them for long still 🫠. I can't be bothered by side planks they are one of those exercises that when they come up I'm just like "ugh, not this one again" and if I manage to convince myself to do it it doesn't make me feel better after either. Just keep practicing, one day you'll be able to do them❤️💪. And I'm really hoping you don't end up developing the hate I feel for this specific exercise.

It's been years since I started working out and... Sometimes I still can't hold them for long still 🫠. I can't be bothered by side planks they are one of those exercises that when they come up I'm just like "ugh, not this one again" and if I manage to convince myself to do it it doesn't make me feel better after either. Just keep practicing, one day you'll be able to do them❤️💪. And I'm really hoping you don't end up developing the hate I feel for this specific exercise.

It took so long of falling and getting back up in the normal position until I managed to hold it all the way through! Sometimes I still fall though! I don't raise my legs yet most of the time. My feet are positioned in such a way that they're pushing on each other. If I let one go out of that position then everything else falls apart and I'm going down. We will get there! Just keep trying! 💗✨️

Start a side plank on your side and just raise yourself as high as (you) can till you're able to do a regular. No judgement we all start somewhere right

I’ve been doing her exercise programs since August and I still have to put a knee down to do it :( I just can’t get over the shoulder and knee pain.

There are no tips for doing any exercise. Cheat it until you can do a proper one. But never miss the reps.

Exactly!! That's how I started, but later I become really good. Eat properly, I mean, enoughprtein for your weight, then try hard, cheat, until you will make it one day. But never mess with reps. I started when I can't do a single diamond pushup, but later I did 10 or 15. 3 months apart. That feeling must be good for your confidence too.

Hey, when you can't hold a side plank anymore, do it on your knees. You will get stronger and soon you will be able to struggle through a minute of side plank leg raises. It never gets easy, but it gets doable 🔥
