I got pretty stronger than before and don't need much extra rests(maybe just 2-3 seconds more than what Chloe indicates) BUT I am physically unable to do side planks. When I get into the position my calves touch the ground it's like my legs are made of plastic the bend in a weird way and touch the ground. My struggle doesn't really have anything to do with my arms or core the problem is my calves get involved.
Is it possible that this happens because I workout barefoot? I have bigger calves muscles so can that be the case?
