I hate being skinny-fat, it's like I look anorexic but also fat. My shoulders are skinny and my arms but my belly is big. A girl at my school made comments saying that I shouldn't wear low-rise jeans because i dont have a flat stomach. That created insecurity in me and I didn't want to use them anymore. I like to eat better, but I can't change my diet. It's not that I eat "badly", I hardly eat sweets or ultra-processed foods and what I consume in calories is good and sometimes low and I'm not overweight, in fact I'm at a "low" weight. Did the exercise help any of you who have been in the same situation? (edited by moderator)
