hi everyone,
I lost too much weight in 2 weeks and now im struggling with a lot issues. I ate very little so after few months I started overeating and I build an addiction to sugar. Then I tried to eat better. Now i still have some fat. Its especially in belly area and I don't know how to get rid of that fat. I would appreciate your help and recommendations what to do.
