Sometimes i just cant get myself to do all lf the workout videos for that day, so i end up skipping one or stopping mid workout. since i usually workout in the evening, there's really no time for me to do them later. is this fine? I strive to complete at least 2 workout videos before stopping, but especially when the third video is something like cardio or hiit (which im so bad at because my resistance is nonexistent and im anemic) i just cant gather up the strength to complete it. .
