I recommend eylems albacis inner thigh workouts on youtube. I used to have huge thighs and now they are slim and toned.

2019 Lean Thigh Challenge helped me a lot, but it was challenging in a sense that some (maybe most days) had around 1 hour of workouts. Also jumping rope (or skipping) helped me a lot to reduce fat in thighs and calves (yeah I used to have very big calves, it's genetics but exercising really helped me to make them smaller). And yeah I agree with the post below you can't spot reduce fat, with jumping rope/skipping I lost weight in general, but legs fat seem to be less stubborn with this kind of exercise.

While you can’t spot reduce fat, doing lower body exercises will help grow your muscles there for a more lean appearance.
I recommend Chloe’s 2022 Grow a Booty Programme! Got very good results with my legs from it. But you really have to make sure you’re upping your weights weekly and challenging yourself (but not making it impossible) to see progress.
