Slow weight loss

I started on January 1st and it's now early March and I have only lost 6 pounds. I struggle to keep those 6 too my calorie deficit is 625 and my food intake is around 1850. I track and weigh everything I eat and have done my best to keep up with the workouts. This month was hard because I got sick AND sprained my wrist a week apart. I took about 3 rest days for sickness and 3-4 days for my wrist. I'm kind of disappointed that it's taken me 2 months to loose 6 lb. I was going to start Intense Core 2026 but if anyone has recommendations for a program that would be good for my problem than please comment because I'm at a loss.
