Fitness Discussion

I want to buy a smart watch/band to track my workout, counting my daily steps, and detect my heart rate.
I have Samsung Galaxy A13 phone. So i consider getting a Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 band. But i saw a bit of negative reviews.
I also had my eyes on Huawei Band 9. But i don't think it'll work effectively on my phone.

Should i get Galaxy Fit 3 or Huawei Band 9? Or any other recommendation?
My budget approximately at USD $50
