Hi! I think I have snapping hip syndrome.
When I do abdominal exercises where I'm lying on my back and lifting and lowering my straight legs, I get an uncomfortable 'click' in my right hip at around a 45-degree angle.
I always warm up and stretch before and after exercising, but despite that, my hip still makes a clicking sound and it's uncomfortable...
Can anyone recommend some lower ab exercises that don't trigger this snapping sensation?
