✨ First of all, I'm doing this for myself. Nobody is to tell me how I should look, if I like my physique, I will preserve it. If I don't, I will get better no matter what people say.
✨ I'm getting stronger with every rep and every second of working out. If I can't do certain moves right now, that simply means my body is not ready for them yet, but it will be eventually.
✨ There's much more joy in seeing the best version of yourself in the mirror than eating the tastiest food in the world. There's joy in feeling beautiful, stronger, healthy and energised, rather than being satisfied with the meal.
✨ I can do anything I want as long as I persue my goals and don't let any obstacles stop me.
✨ I'm not afraid of making mistakes and slow progress, because I know I will get better if I put my mind to it.
✨ I need to listen to my body. I need to give it proper rest, I need to feed it as much as it needs, I need to get it moving and hydrated. This is for my health's sake, for myself.
✨ I love myself and I can only praise myself for starting this journey. I believe I will stay strong until the end and see the results I want.
✨ I'm not sorry for my current weight and body. I don't regret when I eat something I shouldn't have. I don't blame myself for taking extra rest days. It is for the better, I'm getting closer to the best version of me step by step, and that's the healthiest way there is.
✨ I don't compare myself to others. I know all our bodies are different, and we all can and will get where we want to be.
✨ Consistency is key. I don't force myself to workout when I feel too tired, I'm doing it to feel better.
✨ Numbers on the scales don't define me. They never did and never will.
✨ No matter how I look now, I'm still beautiful and unique.
✨ Slow progress is still a progress. I don't expect instant results, I understand everything takes time and I accept it.
✨ I don't get mad at myself. Positive thinking and mindfulness are my friends, I'm the one who will support me during hard times and every day.
✨ I don't expect anyone to praise me; the most important words for me are those that I say to myself from the bottom of my heart.
✨ I trust Chloe, because I chose her. I don't skip her exercises, I listen carefully to every tip she gives, I follow her and strongly believe I will get rewarded with the perfect body. The journey might be tough, but it's totally worth it.
Remember, guys, everything is possible. Don't be sad, it's not worth it to starve yourself or push too hard. You start out pretty, and you will get even prettier as long as you stay on the path you've chosen. We're doing it for fun, for health (both physical and mental), for beauty, for the love of ourselves. 🫶🏻
