Hello! I’ve started the slim thighs and legs routine two days ago and I try to keep following all the steps in the videos. I’m not used to workout but Chloe is such a motivation! But yesterday it was hard to do it (i did it tho) because of the sore after doing exercise on monday. I want to keep doing the routine but my legs kinda hurt a little bit everytime i move lol. Do you have any advice to get rid of it? I know it’s very usual to have this kind of soreness at first, but it’s hard to keep working on it when it’s hard to even sit down 😭 (edited by moderator)
