Workout
I sprained my ankle a week ago and I feel bad for not doing any workouts, especially when I just became better after a cold, so I couldn’t do anything for around 2 weeks. I feel so unproductive now and I want to do some workout videos, but have no clue what to do. Which workout video will you recommend for me doing (I don’t mind which ones because my goal is to work all of my body parts)? Should I stick to arm workouts for now?
