Hi everyone! I’ve been doing choles workout for almost 7 months now. I’ve lost almost 12 pounds since I started. I currently started her 2024 hourglass challenge and noticed that my glutes look very square. I was wondering if anyone had any tips I can do at home to aid with this while I do this challenge or if I should switch over to a different one?
I don’t really have access or time for the gym but I do have some equipment like dumbbells, ankle resistance bands, and regular resistance bands. If anyone has any tips that can help with my square shape that I can do at home I’d greatly appreciate it!
