I have long femur (which my thighs is longer than calves). Whenever i do squat, my knee is leaning forward too much and activate only quads rather than glutes. Sometimes it hurts my knee. I already engage my core and lift my toe so my weight spread only on the heel but i can't feel my glutes working... But when i do clamshell, bridge, RDL/BSS i can feel the glutes. Does anyone have experienced this before?
