Standing workouts and motivation

Hey guys! This is about to be a bit of a long post so I’m sorry in advance🫣but I’m looking for a bit of advice.

I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts since my summer holidays from uni have begun (so almost 2. 5-3 months now) and I feel really happy with them and want to continue them. But, I study away from home and stay in a student accommodation, having only my small room to myself. There’s barely any space to walk around or exercise in the room (the walking space is basically as wide as a fitness mat😭😭). I’m planning to do a compilation of standing workouts (especially in the beginning because I won’t have my fitness mat with me there so until I buy a new one, no planks).

How effective are the standing workouts? And has anyone attempted anything like this before?

I’m also going to take a short break from working out for the first three weeks after moving back because I’ll be temporarily renting a room in a family home until my accommodation opens up and I’d feel a bit uncomfortable working out in someone else’s home even if it is in a room of my own🫣🫣. I’m worried that it’s going to ruin all my progress so far…

And the last thing, I really want to do programmes rather than just videos that I compile on my own but I don’t know my lectures schedule yet and I don’t know how I’ll be able to fit in workouts during the day (definitely not an early morning exercise girl btw). I’m worried I’ll fall behind and ultimately just stop exercising all together ://
I also study nursing and have placements coming up and I won’t be able to workout 3 days of the week for sure, plus I have no clue how my motivation will be after working days in the hospital (sometimes I really just want to do nothing on my days off), and that again just brings up my worry about stopping exercise all together…

Anyone that’s a full-time student or working have any tips on how to ensure I can keep up with exercising?

Again, I’m so sorry this is crazy long but thank you lovelies in advance 💖💖
