Starting again after a looong break

It's been over three months after my last workout. Life got in the way and I lost the routine. Today, after many weeks of procrastinating, I finally did it.

I didn't feel accomplished or feel the rush of moving my body. Instead I just felt sad and weak. I nearly passed out during warm up of all things. (I've got asthma and could certainly eat better) I feel like I'm way worse off compared to when I started last year. I've lost my range of motion, I don't feel the muscles engaging anymore and stretching seems harder than ever.

I don't feel the need to lose weight. I just want a flatter stomach and more muscle. Easiest fix would be going to the gym probably. My family has been trying to coax me to go with them too. Sometimes I'd refuse and other times I'd say yes and then inevitably back out once I remember that it is a public space, the public will be there and that I've got social anxiety.

What I need advice on is how to regain motivation, pick up the routine again, and find enjoyment in working out again when I feel like a wet rag before during and after the act?

ps. Sorry for the pity party, I just felt the need to rant to someone and this whole community seems so nice.
