2024 weight loss challenge reviews

I am starting my first Chloe program - "2024 Weight loss challenge". Anyone who had completed this and can share experience?
I'm 80kg now. I'm not very consistent when it comes to exercising. But I really want to lose weight now. I've reached a point where I feel ashamed of mentioning my age in public. I was never this kind of a person. I was always comfortable in my skin. I don't like this version of me.
Everyone around me keeps telling me that I should take care of my body and maintain my weight. I don't like people constantly telling me this. I know when and how to maintain my weight. I don't need someone constantly telling me that I'm getting fat.
My current weight is 80kg and my ultimate goal is 62kg. I don't expect to achieve this with one program or in a month. I want consistently work on it and keep taking up new challenges one by one to keep me going. In a year I expect to lose at least 10kg (I just can't diet. I only have gone cooked meals but counting calories stresses me out and food is the only joy in my life after all the stress at work).
Do you think my goal is reasonable? (edited by moderator)
