Starting my Journey in a Shared Dorm & Seeking Advice

Hi everyone! I’m a 24-year-old male student/intern (173cm, 86kg, est. 25-30% body fat) from Turkey. I have a very intense schedule, waking up at 6 AM for my internship 3 days a week and attending university classes the other 4 days.
​I have no prior sports background, so I'm a complete beginner. My goal is to reach 75kg and gain lean muscle.
​I’ve seen how effective Chloe’s workouts are, but I have some social anxiety. I live in a 6-person dormitory and we have a shared gym. Honestly, I’m hesitant to do these "female-associated" workouts in front of other guys, or have them see Chloe on my screen. I know this mindset is wrong, but the feeling is real.
​I have a few questions for this amazing community:

​Mindset: Has any other guy dealt with this? Any tips for working out confidently in shared spaces?

​Male Perspective: I’d especially love to hear from other men, what are your thoughts on her programs, and what kind of results have you achieved?

​Program: Given I'm a beginner with a busy schedule, which specific program or workout type (HIIT, toning, etc.) would you recommend for fat loss + muscle gain?
This is my starting point.
