Fitness Discussion

After so many years of yoyo-dieting and constantly failing at my fitness and health journey I have fully decided that ive had enough!  I want to be at my healthiest and feel good about myself I want to be able to wear those nice shorts and dresses and cute tops.  I wrote this so I can tell anyone else even if only one person sees this that you are worth it.  You are worth the time, the energy, and everything above!  I hope this year you become who you've always wanted to be.  Also just know that even though we're across a screen we've all been at our lowest at some point in our lives just KEEP Going!  commit to yourself and love every step of the way this is to my day 1.  ill keep you guys updated!
