I weigh around 75 KGs and that's 30 KGs more than I should be weighing, based on my height. My knees have gotten weak carrying my weight 24/7. I am unable to do lunges properly. Squats are fine but after any kind of workout, my knees feel so weak. My knees feel like they are shaking during and after lunges. And so every workout session also ends with the same feeling.
I need to do strength training to get lean or reduce body fat and strengthen my muscles. But my knees are my greatest obstacles. đ
