Hi, I want to start a strength based challenge. From where should I start first? I don't have dumbbells but I do have heavy books which I can use for weights. I don't have any experience in completing challenges but I do love doing dumbbell based workouts. I have done some strength and weight based workouts, I loved it. I will do walking for cardio as I have recently tried HIIT but I didn't love it that much. So what should be the sequence I should follow for workouts? (edited by moderator)
