My feet get random pains in everyday life since I started working out. I think my feet aren't used to all these exercises and need a cool down of their own. Anyone know any good stretches for feet?
I've been working out with Chloe Ting for months. I enjoy the workouts and I always do the warmups and cool downs, but that doesn't stop my feet pains. I'm not having any issues elsewhere.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas?
