Hey guys, i started doing weighted arm workouts around two weeks ago(i originally only had a 6kg kettlebell that i used) and i have been battling with these lateral raises. i thought i could go straight in with two 4kgs due to using a 6kg kettlebell before, but i cannot for the life of me raise my arms fully up. i would’ve gotten lighter dumbbells too, but it was already expensive to get one pair in this economy.
i’ve just been raising my arms as much as i can, but is there anything i can do to make this easier? or to gain enough strength that im able to do these successfully? i do all the other exercises in these programs successfully, its just these 😭
