Hello i have lost 8 kg and i am still continue to workout and eating clean as much as possible but i cannot get rid of my belly fat and lower pooch. Like it almost 4 month i am still in same weight. I tried to eat more and try different workouts but no progress. Any tips about how to loose weight in that position? I am really feel like it is dead end and never get rid of that 🫠
