Fitness Discussion

Hi everyone, I'm doing the get peachy program and on the third and fourth week there's a video that mainly focuses on exercises using a bench which I don't have, I tried to use my bed and sofa but they aren't sturdy enough so I feel like I'm not doing any of the exercises correctly, does anyone have any suggestions on what else I could use to help until I get a bench?
