Hey guys, I am 22 year old (female), weighing 59kgs and consisting of height 155 cms. I have never worked out in my entire life. . . And can't even balance if I start a workout and gets exhausted easily. . I wanna lose weight (mostly in belly and tigh area). . And don't have any equipment other than a mat. So can you guys suggest me a easiest beginner friendly workout plan? ? And please give me tips regarding how I can improve my lifestyle. (edited by moderator)
