Hi everyone, what do you prefer, the summer shred or get toned?
I want to lose weight and build muscle because I suffered a herniated disc last year, and both lower weight and increased muscle strength are better for my spinal health. Don't worry—I’ve recovered enough to exercise, though I have to avoid jumping. So far, I’ve completed the Pilates Challenge and an Hourglass Challenge to regain my mobility, all without any pain. It would be really kind of you to share your experiences with me. 💟
