Mine was the "Do This Everyday to Lose Weight" video from the 2019 2 Weeks Shred Challenge.
I remember being familiar with a lot of the exercises due to prior experience, but somehow feeling very winded, dizzy, and challenged. I remember having to wait a few minutes between sets. By the end of it, I was thrilled and still felt accomplished. I moved on to the ab video and officially started the challenge from there.
The video got easier the next time I tried it, and my endurance got better each time.
