I've been doing Chloe Ting's workouts for years and I'm in a  pretty good shape rn (not the best but still good). 
 I finished one program recently and just started Intense Core Challenge 2026 and I feel like it's the hardest program I've ever tried and ever existed on Chloe's channel 😅
