Hello everyone... I hope you all are fine..đ
I am a teenager girl with thick Thighs and heavy butt. I am an Indian and my parent's don't want me to wear my favourite jeans and all, cuz I have thick Thighs and hamstring fatđ©. But I really wanna wear that Jean.
I need a body like Kpop idols (Unrealistic goalsđ). I am approx 5ft 8inch and 70 kgs. I want to lose 10-15 kgs. I am not skinny but My whole body is not much fatty as compared to my thighs, hamstring and butt basically lower body. Only My thighs makes me insecure. No matter How much I workout, I see changes in my belly area but not my thighs. đźâđš
So, Can anyone please suggest me something and motivate me? đ„čđ„č Also, I have face fat too.. I need a sharp jawline đ„Čđ„Č
So, concluding this I need your suggestions for -
1. Losing Hamstring and thight fat with butt fat. So, basically lower body fat. đ„Č
2. losing Face fat.đ
3. full body workouts cuz I have some fat in my belly too but It is not much noticeable because of my heavy lower body đźâđš
4. To have a body like Kpop idolsđ
5. Diet suggestions as an Indian. Yk Diet is not long lasting for Indians.đ„Č

7. Some basic good habits and tips to have good skin and schedule.đ
