Today after the warm up and the first 10 min of exercices I felt a pain in my left thigh. It doesn't really hurt that bad but it's unconfortable so I stoped and didn't finish today videos. I had a rest day yesterday and I didn't feel any pain at all during the warm up. Now I can't stand up or climb staires without feeling a weird stretch in my thigh. What do I do ? Do I push myself and finish today workout or do I rest. And can I workout tomorow or do I stop till the pain go away ?
