Hi I am a teen girl with a somewhat skinny and lean body. I love my body very much but if there was one thing I could change, it would be my thighs. Is there anyway or any exercise that I can do that will help them grow along with my glutes? I used to eat in a caloric surplus, but it didn’t help and I would also like to focus on training my abdomen, my core muscles. How can I achieve this look?
