Thighs chafing

Guys recently for 2 days I've been walking, I'm a overweight girl, and my thighs are getting burned, I wear a comfortable and soft pant and only walk. Maybe is it because I'm a beginner I'm facing this? How many days it will feel this way? And also pls tell me your experiences for this, it will really really help me. See the universe's game even if I push myself to be healthy it asks me : ohhhhh she seems to be happy and improve nahh we can't let that.
