Fitness Discussion

I want to do the 2026 intense core challenge with my friends, and they have been doing the challenges with me for a while, so I am not worried about intensity, but I wanted to invite a new friend. She is new and is a lot heavier, and I'm worried if this challenge would not be good for her or if it would be too much.
